We are seeking dedicated and passionate teachers for all subjects across various curricula, including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, GCSE, and other international or regional boards. Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging online lessons through our Learning Management System (LMS) tailored to the curriculum of your assigned subject(s).
Maintain accurate attendance records of students for each class.
Conduct weekly tests to assess students’ understanding and ensure academic progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents when required.
Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Stay updated on the latest curriculum changes, teaching methodologies, and educational technologies.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
Promote discipline and uphold the values of the institution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject or education (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of the curriculum(s) you intend to teach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers are welcome if they exhibit a strong passion for teaching and learning.
Flexibility to adapt to students’ learning needs.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using online teaching platforms and LMS.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Certification or training in the specific curriculum (e.g., IB workshops, Cambridge certifications) is a plus.
Multilingual proficiency for diverse classrooms is appreciated.
Work Details:
Only online classes will be conducted via our LMS portal.
Attendance must be maintained for each session.
Weekly tests are mandatory for all students to track academic progress.
Charges per hour range from ₹200 to ₹350, depending on the grade level.
