The written examination is scheduled for 23 December 2024 and will be conducted in two shifts:

Selection Process

The selection process comprises two stages:

  1. Written Test: Candidates must secure a minimum of 55% marks for UR/EWS vacancies and 49% for OBC-NCL vacancies to qualify.
  2. Interview/Skill Test:
    • Principal: Qualified candidates will be called for an interview based on merit.
    • Special Educator: A qualifying skill test will be conducted on a “Go/No Go” basis, focusing on teaching skills through a chalk and board demonstration.

Eligibility Criteria

Principal:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
    • B.Ed. teaching degree.
  • Experience: Relevant experience as a Principal.
  • Skills: Proficiency in teaching in English medium; working knowledge of Hindi and computers.

Special Educator:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject.
    • B.Ed. (Special Education) with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
    • Pass in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Paper II).

Skills: Proficiency in teaching in English medium; working knowledge of Hindi and computers is desirable.
