Overview
The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released the Odisha LTR Teacher Recruitment 2025 notification on January 3, 2025. A total of 6025 vacancies have been announced for various teaching posts, including TGT Arts, TGT Science (PCM & CBZ), Hindi Teacher, Classical (Sanskrit) Teacher, Telugu Teacher, Urdu Teacher, and Physical Education Teacher. Out of these, 1088 vacancies are reserved for female candidates.

- Notification Released: January 3, 2025
- Online Application Start Date: January 6, 2025
- Last Date for Registration: February 5, 2025
- Last Date to Submit Application: February 8, 2025
- Correction Window Closes: February 10, 2025

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates must be aged between 21 and 38 years as of January 1, 2024. Age relaxation applies as per government norms:
- SEBC/SC/ST/Women: 5 years
- PwD: 10 years
Educational Qualifications
- TGT Arts: Graduation in Arts/Commerce with 50% marks and B.Ed. or equivalent.
- TGT Science: Graduation in Science (PCM/CBZ) with 50% marks and B.Ed. or equivalent.
- Language Teachers: Degree with respective language as an elective subject and required training qualifications.
- Physical Education Teacher: +2 qualification with C.P.Ed./B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.
