REET Exam: A Brief Overview
The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET/RTET) 2025, conducted by the Board of School Education Rajasthan (BSER), aims to recruit Grade III teachers for primary (classes I-V) and secondary (classes VI-VIII) levels. The official notification was released on 11 December 2024, and the application process runs from 16 December 2024 to 15 January 2025. The examination is scheduled for 27 February 2025 in two shifts. Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Minimum age of 21 years; age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories.

Primary Level (Classes I-V) | Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) as per BSER guidelines. Graduation with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) specifically for primary teaching as per BSER standards. |
Secondary Level (Classes VI-VIII) | Graduation with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) aligned with BSER criteria. Alternatively, Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) adhering to BSER-approved qualifications. |

Results
The results are expected to be announced approximately one month after the exam. Candidates must score at least 60% to qualify, with relaxations for OBC/ST/SC candidates (minimum 55%). Qualifiers will receive a lifetime-valid REET certificate.
